I recently had cataract surgery by Dr. Miller. It was the best thing I have done for myself. The surgery was very easy, painless. The office prepared me well with lots of information and the surgical center was run like a well oiled machine. Right away I was back doing my thing with practically no restrictions. It hardly interrupted my daily routine. Dr. Miller was excellent and I support that by my results. My vision is at 20/15 and I can see at night as well as I see during the day. It is an amazing result. I'm usually anxious with these things but this gave me no anxiety. I was actually excited to see again.

I am halfway through my cataract surgery with Dr. Kenneth Miller and wanted to write a review even prior to having my second eye completed. Cataract surgery felt daunting to me as I know there are several options to consider and patient input is necessary and helpful. From my initial visit to his office to the follow up on the first eye, I was impressed with Dr. Miller. First of all, his office has all of the latest equipment (I have never had my eyes measured so thoroughly) and his office staff is exemplary. Dr. Miller has been exceptional--very thoughtful and understanding. He listened carefully to my expectations and lifestyle, and explained the steps in the process fully. Being diagnosed with any kind of eye problems is scary. I was referred to Dr. Miller several years ago by my routine ophthalmologist. He told me that Dr. Miller was a dry eye specialist. I was treated and seen by Dr. Miller's staff of thorough and kind eye professionals. Since my original experience with this office they have moved to the current location, which is very nice clean and comfortable. The last appointments that I have made have been with Dr. Miller himself, he is thorough and genuine about his treatment. I am not suffering from anything currently as the treatments that I have been prescribed are working. I use eye drops daily and my eye glass prescription is current and effective. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and have sent both coworkers and friends to him for his expertise.

To me, the best time to judge service is when an issue arises. That being said, I couldn’t be happier and more appreciative with how they handled a billing as well as a miscommunication issue. Rather than deflection or finger pointing (which many companies do) the level of service was outstanding, especially when it wasn’t just their error… I played a role as well. I had Dr. Miller for my Lasik eye surgery and to be honestly could not be happier. He made my vision extremely clear. during the procedure, I was extremely nervous. He did everything in his power to make sure that I was going to be A-OK. Both him and his staff did everything perfectly!!! The surgery it’s self wasn’t painful but just uncomfortable. The recovery was extremely fast and the next day I was back to driving.
